Have you tried Massage Therapy?
Studies in the U.S, Europe and Asia document the therapeutic value of Massage Therapy
Therapeutic Massage has gained respect in the medical field as a dignified and beneficial asset for the
restoration and maintenance of health. With a variety of methods a skilled therapist not only stretches and loosens muscles and connective tissue, but also stimulates blood flow to the heart and movement of infection fighting lypmph fluid throughout the body, thus hastening the healing process. The therapist's hands speed the removal of metabolic waste product allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach the cells and tissues. Sensory receptors in skin and muscles "wake up", bringing new awareness to areas that have felt "cut off" by chronice tension patterns. The release of muscular tension also helps to unblock and balance the overall flow of life energy to the body.
All Body Systems Recieve Positive Benefits
In addition, massage can stimuate the release of endorphines, the body's natural pain killers, into the brain and nervous system. All this results in an amazing number of tangible results. On a mental level a person receiving regular massage therapy experiences a relaxed state of alertness, are more able to handle stress calmly, and have clearer thinking capabilities. My own experenice of over-training led me to Massage Therapy in 1991. Realizing the beneficial effects of massage therapy as a health maintenance tool personally, I pursued my education in the field at Longview College and Massage Therapy Institute of Kansas City Missouri.
- My professional education allows me to provide techniques that include:
Myofascial Release * Deep Tissue * Swedish * Trigger Point - Hot Stone * Reflexology * Cranial-Sacral * Therapeutic Touch

Take Time to Enjoy the Beneficial Effects
of Massage Therapy Today!
I have been benefiting from massage therapy for 15 years. Back pain was the original reason for me to try massage therapy, but over the years I have found that I count on regular massage sessions for relief of the aches and pains of every day tension/stress due to work or play, and relief from flare-ups of fibromyalgia pain, and relief of sinus pressure and migraine or tension headaches. There are even some weeks when I come, I simply enjoy the relaxing experience of a great massage!
I am very confident in Patricia's knowledge and expertise. I know that she has attended professinal workshops through the years to update her knowledge about the human body and the methods that can safely help alleviate stress/pain. I trust her recommendations for exercise and nutrition that promote optimal health and fitness. I am confident that she will listen to my questions and concerns and will not hesitate to identify symptoms that should be checked out with my own physician when applicable. I would recommend massage therapy with Patricia to any of my family and friends. The experience is well worth it!

In my 70's
I was blessed to be introduced dto Patricia Holtcamp and her exceptional massage Therapy. I explained to her that I had no chronic pain, but as with any old machine, various parts of the mind and body had become unreliable, causing general insecurity and the "ache-of-the-day" syndrome. Also vitality became limited, which she recognized as poor circulation.
I've been seeing her twice a week over the years and each session leaves me comforted and revitalized.
Patricia uses a method called Reflexology. It is a subltle and highly effective way to benefit nerves and muscle throughout the entire body by working through the feet. In our sessions we may also use other methods of body work, depending on the need on of my body at the time of the session.
I find Patricia dedicated and unsurpassed in her field. As I appoach my late 80's I realize that the therapy she provides for my assorted discomforts have indeed proved to be highly beneficial to me in maintaining the quality of my life.
