PRIVATE WORKOUT STUDIO

Evaluation and goal setting with documentation of progress is important for any wellness program. I will assess the progression of your program on a regular basis to ensure that objectives are being met. Come enjoy the privacy of a personal studio complete with cardio and strength training equipment. Sessions are one hour, tailored to your fitness needs. Early morning appointments available.

Like many people for years I have said I don't have time in my schedule to exercise. I found myself in my late 40's lacking energy, endurance, and self-esteem. I was having trouble sleeping and more and more body aches during the day. 

I knew it was time to do something, but I was too embarrassed to go to a gym and  have people watch me.  I approached Patty for help.  We set goals, the first, was to feel better.  I was impressed with her knowledge on body physics, exercise and nutrition. I began going to Patty once a week for one-on-one training.  She gave me instructions for complimentary exercise to do, and how to document them when I was not with her. I found myself looking forward to her workouts.  I now go twice a week  This really surprises me, because my favorite hobby is reading.

After one year I have gained muscle tone in areas that I didn't know could still work!  I am in better physical shape than I have been in for 20 years.  I now enjoy biking and other physical activities far more than in the past!  I can see a difference in my skin and hair, all for the better.  I have lost 25 pounds and now in year two my new goal is to continue my weight loss goals as I continue increasing body strength and endurance.  With Patty's knowledge in nutrition and guidance, I am making better food choices than in the past.  I like to think that I am not dieting but eating nutritiously sound foods.

MEET  JULIA

Since my diagnosis of breast cancer, my weekly training sessions have helped build back the strength I had lost due to treatments which I had.  My goals, which Patricia and I discussed initially where; increase endurance and strength, plus work on my balance deficit...She is able to listen on any given day during our workouts to my needs and challenge me, but not overload me.  Julia

As a teacher I am fully aware of the importance of goal setting.

When I met Patricia, I was already determined to improve my health.I have exercised in the past with positive results, now I was ready to kick it up a notch.  Weekly training sessions have allowed me to do that, but Patricia has given me tools to use at home.  An adjunct program I can take anywhere. Since our training sessions have begun, we have re-evaluated to determine inch lost and strength gains.  It is good to be able to not only feel more energy, but to see on paper confirmation of the positive effects which are taking place.  With  my personal training I have been able to maintain my weight loss and feel stronger

 I recently discovered Patricia Holtcamp's services and decided I was in need of encouragement and maybe a little push to "get off the couch" .

After meeting with Patricia and discussing her services I asked Patricia to help me:

  • Feel Better (Build self esteem)
  • Hopefully get off of some meds (and the couch)
  • Create some flexibility
  • Build stamina
  • Help lesson my fear of falling

ULTIMATE GOAL is to have the pride to look in the mirror in Patricia's studio when we work out.....I know that will come. Patricia is very knowledgeble, interesting, compassionate and funny. Her training and experience in the fitness/wellness fields allows her to objectivly view her clients needs, and implement a safe and challenging training session. She is in tune  to what her client's need are on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. She realizes when I need an invigorating or a quiet session.  Even the quiet time is energizing - it creates a release of the stresses of my week.

A golf pro since 1998,

 Jess realizes the importance of balance within the body.        

 His training goals for himself as well as for his students are simply:
